I cut. but i dont have a reason. my home life is great and o have great friends. but sometimes i feel nothing and i just hate life. how can i stop?

Find something, a hobby, music, art, books, a tv show, anything really to cling onto. Find something to feel passionate about and whenever you feel down think about it, think about how you aren’t just hurting yourself because your family does love you. And if you still feel like cutting, list all the reasons not to on a piece of paper and put ‘people are there for me’, because a lot of people are :)
