Thank you. Sometimes I feel lost and alone and I don't know what to do. Not even my therapist wants to help me or talk to me anymore. He says I'm a lost cause.

Someone needs to fire that therapist right now. No one is a lost cause. There’s always hope, somewhere.

If you ever feel sad, just distract yourself for a while. Look at things that make you feel happy.

Just remember that you aren’t alone. There are people who care.
